Meet the Team

Anita – owner

After living in Montgomery County for most of my life, I’m finally pursuing my dream and passion of opening a wellness center in my home community. My background as a certified and licensed Reflexologist and Reiki Master, combined with my Bachelor’s in Business Management and Marketing & Planning, and my Master’s in Business Management, give me the unique ability to bring the beauty of these healing arts to life in a vibrant business deeply rooted in community and service. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my son, taking walks in the park with my puppy, and practicing meditation.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for helping others to improve their health and overall well-being.  Although I’ve been an RN since 1995, in more recent years I’ve been increasingly drawn to a holistic approach to healing that focuses on the spiritual and energetic properties of wellness. As I pursued that path, I became certified and licensed in Foot Reflexology as well as Tibetan Head, Neck and Scalp Reflex Therapy, and am also a Certified Access Bars Practitioner.I enjoy spending time with my son, traveling, spending time in nature, and experiencing positive energy and continual growth as I continue along my personal journey of self-discovery.  I’m looking forward to helping you relax and reach your own serenity and inner self.

I grew up in Montgomery County, and have maintained my close ties with the community, living and working now in Berks County. My passion for wellness has led me to become certified in Reiki, Hatha and Asana Yoga, Pilates, and Group Exercise. I love sharing the benefits of Reiki, Yoga, Pilates, and exercise with others, and focus on ensuring my clients have the best possible experience with a skilled, motivated, and approachable wellness educator. I’ve taught Yoga for 9 years, Group Exercise for 5 years, and Pilates for 5 years, bringing these tools and wellness lifestyles to my clients in local gyms, community centers, and in their homes. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family.

 Maria – Receptionist

I grew up in Bucks County where my parents raised me to seek holistic care. In college I learned more about how the environment could be used to help people, and I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. I enjoy recognizing and utilizing the benefits of nature and bringing that appreciation to people at the Himalayan Salt Cave. When I’m not working, I’m usually playing with my horse, taking my puppy for walks, or traveling to other worlds through books.
