Return Policy
At the Himalayan Salt and Wellness Cave, we are dedicated to offering high-quality services and products that promote relaxation, wellness, and balance. To maintain the best possible experience for all of our clients, we have established the following return and refund policies:
Services
Our services, including wellness treatments, spa experiences, and service packages, are designed to meet the unique needs of each client. Once a service has been rendered, it cannot be returned or refunded. We kindly ask that clients ensure they are ready to commit to their appointments before booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of any prepayments. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate changes when possible.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards can be used toward any of the services or products offered at the Himalayan Salt and Wellness Cave and are a wonderful way to share wellness with friends and loved ones. However, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Gift cards are transferrable and may be given to another individual if desired. We encourage clients to treat their gift cards like cash, as we cannot replace lost or stolen cards.
Physical Goods
We take pride in the quality and selection of wellness products available at the Himalayan Salt and Wellness Cave, including Himalayan salt lamps, therapeutic products, crystals, and other wellness-related items. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of these products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on any physical goods once they have been purchased.
We encourage clients to thoroughly inspect items before making a purchase, and our team is happy to answer any questions you may have about our products. In the rare event that a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a replacement if necessary.
Workshops, Classes, and Special Events
Reservations for workshops, classes, and special events require registration to secure your spot. As space is often limited, cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of prepayments (when applicable). Refunds for events or classes are not available unless the event is canceled by the Himalayan Salt and Wellness Cave. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to transfer your reservation to another date, if applicable.

While we do not accept returns on services, gift cards, or physical products, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns about a product or service you’ve received, please reach out to us directly.
